電気用品安全法，雑感。

電気用品安全法について調べてることを適当にまとめ。
電気用品安全法と媒体保存の問題
この件をヲチし出してもうちょいで2週間ですが，爆発的に広まったりはしないわりに，長く燃えてますねPSE。
まぁ，経産省がまともに動くか，あるいはタイムリミットが来るまで終わるに終れませんが。
3月31日はあちこちでカウントダウンとかするのでしょうか。洒落になりませんが。
個人的なスタンスとしては，この法律をどうにかしたいというよりも，現状が本当のところどういう状態なのか，ということをはっきりさせたい，というのが正直なところ。基本的に自身には切実な影響はないのです。ただ，このままほおっておくといけない予感がある。
何かヤバいものが動いてる気はするんです，でもそれがモヤモヤしてるままアクションを起こすのはむしろ危険。できるだけ真っ当な情報を集めて，自分も含めて現状を考える基礎にしたい，というのが今のところの行動。
そういう視点からみると，現在はメディア論的に面白い状況かもな，という感覚を覚えたり。ブログ・2ch・mixiが相互に影響しあって，少しずつ拡大してるのがなかなか面白い。
自分がmixiをはじめたのはごく最近だけれど，コミュニティを通じた情報の伝播にはなかなか驚かされます。また，なんだかんだ言って一番強力な一次情報が集まってくるのは2ch，というのも興味深い。
ブログは初期の「それをすててはいけないblogに見えるように，簡易的なまとめサイトとして情報を集中・深化させるのになかなか有効であることがわかる。その機能は現在はWikiのまとめサイトに移行しましたが，管理上の問題や負荷などがいろいろと大変そう（よくページが消えたり。現在も読めない状態になってますね）。
ただ，情報の伝播や電凸情報の収集などにはこれらは強力なのですが，初期の一週間が過ぎてもほとんどの人が改正時の議事録情報などにたどりついていなかったのは少しガッカリかも。調べようと思えばネット上ですべて調べられたのですけどね。
「船頭多く集まれば」ではないですが，情報というのはやはり調べる能力をもった人間が関わることが必要なのだと痛感しますね。どうせ誰かが広めると思っていたのに，誰もしなかったのでしょうがないのでmixiや2chで宣伝しちゃいました（ぁ きっとIIBより見に来た人多いなあ，今回。
今回の件を知って，電気用品取締法から現在までの改正の流れとか，改正時の状況とか，新聞等の報道であるとか，ちゃんと調べた人ってどのくらいいるのか疑わしい。まぁ，自分も法の条文なんかについては誤解がありそうな気もするんですけどね。
あと誤解の流布に関して。mixiあたりで少し騒いでることですが（自分は不干渉），「中古楽器全死亡」とか「個人売買も不可」などのあきらかに誤った内容のコピペが，音楽関係を中心にチェーンメール的に広まっているらしい。ああいうのはどういう意図でやるのかよくわからないが，集団ヒステリー的状況（パニックで，別に違法でもないのに手持ちの楽器等まで廃棄するとか）を導きそうでちょい危惧しますな。ちょっと見たら公開されたブログなどにもその手のコピペが貼ってあったり。
単純に広めるだけなら有効なんですけどねー，ああいうのも。この問題については，誰も正確なところを把握できてないというのが実際なわけで，誤解をよばない適切なテンプレ，ってやはり作りづらいかもしれない。むう。
しかし予想通り，着実に騒ぎが広まってますねえ。
仮に経産省が本気で中古店を取り締まる気がないとしても，このままじゃタダではすまないかも。すでに4月に閉店を決めたお店もあると聞くし。この件で首を吊る人がいたとしても，もはや不思議じゃない。
本気で法にストリクトに執行するつもりなら，処罰の対象になる小売りへの周知が不足し過ぎているし，もしその気がなかったとしても，責任ある立場である経産省が現状の騒ぎを看過していてはいけない。
ネットおよび中古店間でのこの「騒ぎ」自体が，既に彼らがコメントすべき対象になっていると感じる。いつまでほおっておくつもりなんかねえ？ まさかまだ気づいてないというわけでもあるまいに。
追記：
mixi中心に広まってる上記コピペの初出をたどってみた。ってもWebとmixiの日記検索しただけですがw
2/3早朝あたりまではたどれる。そこの日記の主が元ってわけでもないでしょうけど。
（さらに追記：調べたら2/1夜のものあり。しかもそれもコピペで元があるらしい。どこかのクローズなコミュニティからか？）
もっと最近かと思ったけれど，これも口コミで少しずつ広まってきたのですな。ふむ。
しかし，あるはあるわ。同一文面で1000件近くあるとは……。というか，実際に周知効果高い気もするなあ。案外有効に働いてるかもしれない。「どういう意図でやるのか」とか書いちゃいましたが，すんません。けっこう効いてます。
特に多少名の売れてるアーティストの人（自分にはよく分かりませんが）も反応を示しているらしく，アーティスト間の横のつながりでかなり認知が広まっている様子。誤りを含む文面であるのは残念ですが，必ずしもネット時間の多くないような方面へもこれでかなり広まったかもしれない。mixiでこれだけ動いてるなら，メールなどでも広がっているだろうし。とりあえず「誰も知らない」という状況は打破できる可能性がある。
もちろん，誤解からのパニック等危険はあるわけですが，それはこれまでの状況でも予想できたことで。むしろ，（少なくともただのヲタよりは；）発言力のあるアーティスト界隈に大規模に広まったのは，僥倖というべきなのかもしれない。
あとはTVあたりでちょっとでも言及されればねえ･････。
＃ 週刊アスキーに載ってたけど，大騒ぎしてるのはどこ見回しても私だけらしい。ヘタな地方紙より影響力あると思うんだが，大半はそうはとらえてない様子。教えてまわろうとも思ったが，なんかアスキーのまわしものみたいで嫌なので自粛。 2/9 記。
